We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All of our products at Fire & Desire are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Fire & Desire candle company within 7 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all return items.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping, and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.

Fire & Desire Candle Co. will reward you for bringing your used candle jars back to us. Each returned jar earns you a $1.00 credit towards future purchases. When returning your finished candle, just drop it off as-is, and we will do all of the work. Because we use top-quality natural soy wax, we can easily clean up the glasses and reuse them for the next batch of candles – our way of helping the planet one jar at a time.
HOW DO I RETURN MY EMPTY CANDLE JARS?
We can arrange a contactless drop-off or pick-up location. We will also accept drop-offs at any of the local events we attend. Only unbroken jars, with their lids, will be accepted.
